Certified with completion of BBP and CPR as required by the AAM, and Cuyahoga County Board of Health for tattooing. Carmeesha performs under the licensure of the Be Browed Etc Permanent Makeup Studio & Academy, the ONLY AAM-Accredited program in Ohio, and is personally insured for the safety of both client and practitioner.
